ICR will be thrilled to work with you on any size meeting. We only ask that your company meet the following criteria in order to use our free services:

• Your meeting or event must have a minimum of 10 hotel rooms for at least one night.
• An agreement that your company will use ICR from start to finish for this particular meeting or event. We do not charge a fee for our services so we must be assured a financial reward for our efforts. This can be jeopardized if someone else within your company decides to take over negotiations and book the hotel or resort instead of ICR.
